Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who is both a

qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

and

Company Secretary (CS)

to manage the end-to-end financial, statutory, and secretarial functions of our private limited company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance, including MCA filings, DPT forms, board meetings, and secretarial records.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance (CA responsibilities):



Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements as per applicable standards Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure compliance with tax regulations Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and liaison with auditors Prepare and monitor budgets, MIS reports, and cash flow statements Manage payroll, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expense reports Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and accurate financial reporting

Secretarial & Compliance (CS responsibilities):



Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws Prepare and file ROC forms:

DPT-3, AOC-4, MGT-7, MGT-14, DIR-3 KYC

, etc. Draft board resolutions, notices, minutes of meetings (Board, AGM, EGM) Maintain statutory registers and records of the company Monitor due dates for various compliances and ensure timely filings Liaise with company law authorities, consultants, and legal advisors as needed Advise the management on legal and regulatory risks

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Fully qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

and

Company Secretary (CS)

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and secretarial functions Thorough understanding of

MCA compliance, DPT-3, ROC filings, Companies Act,

and

Income Tax Act

Proficient in accounting software such as Tally. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESI, and payroll-related compliance Strong drafting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to handle end-to-end finance and secretarial responsibilities independently

Preferred Skills:



Experience working in a small private limited or SME environment Familiarity with FEMA compliances, if applicable Exposure to startup ecosystem or multi-role handling in a small team setup
