We have an immediate opening for a role within our accounting office in Anand. The role involves

working with the team to handle all book-keeping requirements of the various subsidiaries in the

group, and to take responsibility for the preparation of accounts for the trading subsidiaries, up to

trial balance stage, as well as assisting in the management of property portfolio's from a financial

perspective, and certain day to day tasks within the trading subsidiaries. It will involve corresponding

directly with suppliers, tenants and the companies auditors, as well as various staff members and

directors within the UK offices of the group.

Responsibilities

? To help to ensure all book-keeping is kept thorough and accurate within the various

subsidiaries and holding companies.

? To assist in the preparation and finalization of management accounts as well as end of year

financial accounts.

? To liaise with suppliers and creditors to ensure credit requests are processed on time, arising

from invoice discrepancies.

? To review invoices and expenses on an ongoing basis.

To help control the sales and purchase ledger of the various subsidiaries, working alongside

the existing team, and with day to day bank reconciliations etc.

? To assist with management of the property portfolio from a financial perspective, including

invoicing and liaising with tenants.

Requirements

? Must be excellent in written and spoken English, and familiar with business terminology.

? Must have accounting qualifications, with prior experience in working on accounts for UK

based organisations.

? Knowledge of how to use computers and basic MS office applications such as word, excel

and outlook, as well as basic accountancy software such as Xero.

? Strong time management and prioritization abilities

? Strong inter-personal and communicational skills required, and ability to demonstrate

resilience under pressure.

? Highly driven and passionate about accounting.

? Enthusiastic and driven in their approach towards their career

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
