Handling Daily Banking Activity & Bank Reconciliation Monthly Profit & Loss account discussion with Station heads Closing of Books - Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Timely processing, payment and accounting of invoices received from vendor, contractor and supplier. Receipts from Debtors & Debtors reconciliation Invoice Booking & Payments Provisions for Expenses and allocation Analyzing receivables & Scrutinizing payables Generating & Maintaining daily MIS required Strong knowledge of accounts & accounting principles Working Capital Management Preparing statutory details on regular intervals i.e. Service Tax & TDS for payment. Online tax payment on the due date Filing of Service Tax Returns & TDS Return MIS required for TDS Returns & Service Tax Returns Knowledge of closing of books of Accounts and doing provisions Skills Required: - MS Office & Internet
