Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's
accounts, finance, and compliance
functions.
Handle
GST, Income Tax, TDS, DGFT documentation
, and related statutory requirements.
Prepare and finalize
financial statements
in accordance with
Ind AS
and company policies.
Supervise
export documentation
, LC documentation, and foreign currency transactions.
Conduct regular
financial analysis, forecasting, and MIS reporting
.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting records.
