AeroIGM Global Charters is expanding its commercial team and looking for a dynamic
Charter Sales Executive
to drive charter revenues, manage client relationships, and support daily sales operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment and enjoy building client networks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and client meetings.
Generate new leads, build relationships, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Prepare and share charter quotations, proposals, and itineraries.
Coordinate with operators, DMCs, and aviation partners for aircraft availability and pricing.
Maintain structured follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth charter execution.
Represent AeroIGM Global Charters at client meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-4 years of experience in sales (aviation, travel, or luxury industry preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable with hybrid working and frequent client interactions.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the aviation sector.
