Job Summary: As an charted Accountant at Usmanpura imaging, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the financial operations of the radiology chain. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained, and financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Finance & Accounts Management
:
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations across all centers.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
Manage cash flows, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
2.
Loan & Fundraising
:
Lead the loan application process, including preparation of financial documents, projections, CMA data, and liaison with banks/NBFCs.
Maintain and build relationships with financial institutions for working capital, term loans, and expansion financing.
Negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities and monitor utilization and repayment schedules.
3.
Audit, Compliance & Taxation
:
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and audit reports.
Monitor changes in tax laws and update systems accordingly.
4.
MIS & Strategic Finance
:
Prepare and present financial MIS reports to the management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide strategic inputs on business expansion, cost optimization, and ROI.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in raising and managing business loans.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, banking, taxation, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated and able to handle multiple responsibilities across units.
