Profile: Charted AccountantTiming: 10:00 to 7:30 pmsalary: 80k to 100k per monthLocation: Majura Gate, SuratIts a Textile Industry!!1) INCOME TAX Monthly Trading/Profit & Loss and balance Sheet preparation. Handling Scrutiny work of the company as well as individual file and coordinating with the consultant for the same. Monthly stock statement preparation and other documents as required.(Statistics Dep./rating work). TDS reconciliation and timely challan payment of the same within due date. Ledger Scrutiny from time to time as and when required. To check whether P.F/ESIC/ Professional Tax has been timely filed. Working for old Income Tax refunds if any pending to the government. Assisting and helping to the team of consultant for IT audit.2) GST Preparing & checking GSTR 1/GSTR 3B and filing it on due date. Checking GSTR 2B monthly and preparing report of the bills not yet presented. Ledger scrutiny related to GST matters should be monthly reconcile. Preparing and finalizing the GST audit and to coordinate with the consultant for the same and visit to the ports for the matters as required. Working for old GST refunds/Duty drawback/Rodtep if any pending to the government.3) OTHERS Preparing for the documents as and when required for the purpose of the bank loan sanctions and coordinating with the teams as and when required. Coordinating with the teams of the company for successful implementations of the on going systems and also review and develop new systems as required. To plan, Conduct and review the internal audit for the factory purpose. (minimum factory visit 3-4) To check the sheets of the bank interest and bank charges are according to the sanction letters. Other audits like cost audits, CS related audits and other ROC work to handle as and when required. Individual file checking Physical stock taking on last day of every month with the help of factory team Reports to management as and what suggested by senior management. Insurance related work for the office and factory purpose. All kind of certificates as required to the company to check and follow up for the same for every year renewal. Wind Mill and Solar energy generation report shall be matched with DGVCL bill.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per monthSchedule:
