We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, and compliance for

Duke Fashions India Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in garment/apparel industry finance, and proficiency in accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize

financial statements, MIS reports

, and

balance sheets

. Handle

GST, TDS, and Income Tax

filings and compliance. Conduct

internal audits

and coordinate with external auditors. Monitor

cash flow, budgeting, and cost control

activities. Ensure compliance with

statutory and regulatory

requirements. Liaise with

banks, auditors, and statutory authorities

. Support

management decision-making

with financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

CA qualification

with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Hands-on experience with

Tally / ERP systems/SAP

. Knowledge of

textile or garment industry

preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of

Indian accounting standards

and

tax laws
