We are seeking a dedicated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Construction and Maintenance Department Team as a Cost Centre Head to control over all the financial activities starting from the Budget to the final settlement in the Accounts & Compliances.

A Detailed Job Responsibilities are as Under :-

Key Responsibilities:

? Analysis and justification of the Construction / Maintenance activity to be done.

? Preparation and Presentation of Yearly Construction Budget to the management.

? Do the variance analysis on periodical basis.

? Preparation and presentation of Construction MIS (Management Information System) of Periodical basis.

? Construction Rate analysis with core construction Team and Negotiations with various vendors.

? Controlling the Billing Cycle of various construction and maintenance bills with in the internal system.

? Controlling over the Construction Manual Implementation.

? Reconciliation of various material supplied by the Trust to the vendors for construction activities.

? Controlling the payment cycle of various vendors.

? To handle taxation, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances related to Bills.

? Assist in internal audits system checks and internal control.

? Any Other task as may be assigned by the management on time to time basis.

Candidate Requirements:

? Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

? 0-2 years of relevant work experience (Experience in Construction Field will be preferred).

? Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.

? Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

? Excellent analytical and communication skills.

? Based in Nagpur or willing to relocate.
