Chartered Accountant (CA)

to lead our Finance & Accounts function and play a key role in strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting

. Ensure

statutory compliance

with Income Tax, GST, RERA, and other regulations. Oversee

budgeting, MIS, financial planning, and cost control

. Lead

internal and statutory audits

, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Provide

strategic financial insights

to management for decision-making. Handle

project-wise accounting, cash flow, and fund management

. Build, lead, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with

10+ years of post-qualification experience

. Preference for candidates with

real estate or construction industry experience

. Strong knowledge of

accounting standards, taxation, GST, and RERA compliance

. Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate with senior management and guide financial strategy.
