JOB PROFILE FOR "CA"

The CA shall manage core finances (bookkeeping, statements, budgeting, forecasting), ensuring strict compliance (tax, GST, legal), handling audits (internal/external), providing strategic advice to management for financial health, optimizing tax, and managing risk, requiring strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and adherence to dynamic regulations.

Key responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare and examine accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Oversee bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all financial laws, standards, and regulations (Income Tax, GST, etc.).

Manage timely and accurate filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS/TCS).

Conduct tax planning and recommend strategies for optimization.

Auditing & Controls:

Conduct internal audits to assess financial operations and practices.

Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and liaison.

Implement and maintain effective financial controls and systems.

Strategic Advisory:

Provide strategic financial advice and insights to senior management for decision-making.

Assist in financial forecasting, planning, and risk assessment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Proficiency in accounting software, tax compliance, and financial regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
