Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all accounting operations of the manufacturing plant Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annually) Handle product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation Prepare plant budgets and forecasts; perform cost-benefit analysis Monitor working capital, cash flow, and fund requirements Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audit completion Maintain the fixed asset register and monitor capital expenditures Liaise with banks, government bodies, and vendors for finance-related matters Implement internal financial controls and ensure process compliance Collaborate with the production and procurement teams for financial planning Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Costing, and Taxation Working experience with ERP systems like SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools Good communication and coordination skills
