Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
Identify and engage potential donors, corporate partners, CSR leads, foundations, and grant-making institutions.
Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, presentations, and donor communication materials.
Maintain strong relationships with existing donors to ensure continued support and partnership growth.
Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and submit periodic donor reports.
Collaborate with internal teams for project insights, budgeting, and impact documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Undergraduate / Graduate
Minimum 1 years of experience in fundraising
, donor management, or resource mobilization.
Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term donor relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with NGOs, social impact organizations, or CSR departments.
Prior success in raising funds from corporate donors or foundations.
