Enter patient charges into the billing software based on source documents.
Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with client-specific rules and CPT/ICD codes.
Coordinate with the coding team for any discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA guidelines.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Life Sciences, or related field).
Basic understanding of medical terminology and billing concepts (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
Full-time, office-based role.
Training will be provided for systems and processes.
