experienced Charge Entry Executive in Coimbatore

with prior exposure to

US Healthcare charge entry processes

. The candidate will be responsible for accurate entry of medical charges into billing systems while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate

charge entry

from EOBs, encounter forms, and superbills Enter CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes into billing software Ensure accuracy and compliance with

US healthcare billing standards

Identify and correct charge discrepancies Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks Coordinate with AR / Billing teams for error resolution

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience

in

US Healthcare Charge Entry

(Mandatory) Experience in hospital or physician billing preferred Good knowledge of

CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS

coding basics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and billing software knowledge

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in US healthcare RCM process Ability to meet daily productivity targets Strong analytical and data verification skills Willingness to work in US shift if required

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience) Fixed salary + performance incentives PF / ESI as per company policy Paid training & skill enhancement Stable process with career growth opportunities
