Key Responsibilities: Retail & Channel Sales: - Build and develop the retail network and dealer/distributor base in the assigned area. - Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets for the territory. - Manage end-to-end channel sales, including order generation, follow-up, and collections. - Negotiate and close sales effectively with dealers and clients. - Ensure timely order delivery and proper distribution channel management. - Conduct regular market mapping and monitor competitor activities, taking appropriate countermeasures. - Plan and execute sales promotional activities to drive growth. - Prepare and submit sales reports as per company formats and timelines.
