Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Channel Sales Manager/ Channel Expansion to expand and strengthen our broker/channel partner network for residential and commercial projects in Gurugram. This role will be crucial in driving indirect sales and achieving revenue targets through strategic partner engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, onboard, and manage a wide network of channel partners and brokers.- Generate leads and drive sales for assigned real estate projects through the partner network.- Develop and execute channel partner engagement programs, including training, events, and incentives.- Build strong relationships with high-performing brokers and develop them into key contributors.- Ensure timely communication of project details, pricing, and promotional offers to channel partners.- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for channel sales and take corrective actions as needed.- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and presentations with partners and prospective clients.- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, CRM, and sales operations to streamline processes.- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and broker movements.Requirements:- 5-10 years of experience in channel sales in the real estate industry, preferably in Gurugram or NCR.- Strong broker network in residential/commercial real estate.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.- Willingness to travel within NCR for partner and client meetings.
