In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through strategic partnerships and channels, such as real estate agents, brokers, and other third-party intermediaries. You will work closely with channel partners to promote and sell our properties, develop long-term relationships, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with channel partners such as real estate brokers, agents, and agencies.
Develop a strong network of partners to expand sales reach and ensure consistent lead generation.
Provide ongoing training, product knowledge, and marketing support to channel partners to maximize their selling potential.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies with channel partners to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Collaborate with partners to identify market opportunities and devise effective sales plans.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ensure that the partners convert them into actual sales.
Market Research & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach and improve results.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.
Track sales progress, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive steps to close any gaps in performance.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring their long-term loyalty and success.
Ensure that partners understand client needs and offer solutions that best fit them.
Handle escalations and any issues that arise from partners or clients in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge & Marketing Support:
Be well-versed in the company's real estate offerings (residential, commercial, etc.) and ensure channel partners have up-to-date knowledge.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and other sales tools to support channel partners.
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor channel sales performance and ensure partners meet the agreed-upon sales quotas and KPIs.
Motivate and incentivize channel partners to achieve their targets.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in channel sales, real estate sales, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong understanding of real estate markets and products.
Proven experience in sales strategy development, partner management, and closing deals.
Real estate experienced mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
