We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Officer to develop and manage channel partner relationships, driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners such as distributors, resellers, and consultants. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and sales strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the channel sales strategy for the assigned region.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand reach.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners.
Drive partner sales performance by providing necessary training, support, and promotional material.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns with partners.
Ensure partner compliance with company policies and terms of engagement.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities.
Handle partner escalations and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through channel networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales strategy.
Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
