• Establishing & Strengthening Relationship With Bank Branch Manager & Staffs To Gain Leads
• Prospecting & Meeting Walk In Customers Of The Bank And Conducting Quick Need Analysis
• Increasing Bank's Customer Awareness About Life Insurance Products And Achieve The Targeted Penetration On Cross Sell Within The Branch's Customer Base.
• Creating Awareness And Motivate Bank Employee Store Commend Life Insurance Products To Bank Customers.
• Cross Selling and Up Selling of different Products.
• Proposal Preparation & Negotiation.
• Maintaining healthy relations with existing clients and keeping in touch with them for generating repetitive business.
• Maintaining daily / weekly / quarterly reports for generating revenue.
• Sharing knowledge with teammates for any new update in Business Domain.
• Company Software and Website demonstration was given to the clients.

Who can apply for Banca Insurance Job ?

• Candidate having min 4+ years' of exp in Life insurance and having best of experience in BFSI sector
• Graduation can able to apply for this job.
• Good communication skills- English & regional language
