9. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.10.Hiring and recruitment of agents and developing own agency.11.Maintain Customer relationship. Behavioral Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and Recruiting potential insurance consultants or ADPs.2. Driving business targets through insurance advisors.3. Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity.4.Groom advisors for the next level of partnership .5. Preparing strategy and achieving targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.6.Recruiting advisors and developing Agency Few Pointers:1. At least 1Yr. of experience in Agency Channel Any insurance is something we prefer.2.Fair knowledge of Insurance.3.No bars to incentives(2.50 LPA incentives, 34K local allowance, 5K Mobile allowances all are quarterly )4. Age should not be more than 32Years.5. Candidate should be graduate.6. There should not be current gap more than fifteen days.
