Key Responsibilities:



Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers Share project inventory, pricing, and marketing material with CPs Drive deal closures through partner coordination and field support Conduct CP meets, trainings, site walkthroughs, and events Ensure broker engagement via WhatsApp groups, calls, and regular follow-ups Track CP's performance, activation, and commission disbursals Work closely with marketing & CRM teams for broker-based campaigns Prepare reports and analytics on CP network performance

Skills Required:



Strong local broker network & engagement capability Field activation, people handling, and event coordination Leadership, CRM familiarity, and communication skills Real estate (broker/channel partner-focused roles)
