As we expand our network, we are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through our Authorized Sales Partners (ASP).

Job Summary:



The Channel Sales Executive (Logistics) is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with channel partners, agents, and resellers to expand the company's logistics service reach. This role involves identifying new channel opportunities, managing partner relationships, driving revenue through indirect sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to drive business growth in logistics services (e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing, last-mile delivery, etc.). Manage relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent revenue generation and long-term collaboration. Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery for channel-driven customers. Provide partners with sales support, product training, and marketing materials to enhance their selling capabilities. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with channel partners. Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans where needed. Conduct market research to identify potential channels and competitive opportunities. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in all channel transactions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in

channel sales, business development, or partnership management

within the

logistics or supply chain industry

. Strong understanding of logistics services (e.g., transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, courier services). Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing partner networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
