Job Description

A Channel Sales Manager drives revenue through third-party partners (resellers, distributors) by building relationships, creating sales strategies, recruiting new partners, providing training, and monitoring performance to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing channel programs, ensuring partner alignment with company goals, managing partner lifecycles, forecasting sales, and analyzing market data to expand market reach and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management:

Recruit, onboard, train, and support channel partners (resellers, distributors).

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute channel sales strategies and programs to meet revenue goals.

Sales Performance:

Manage partner performance, resolve issues, and ensure partner compliance.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (marketing, product) to align initiatives.

Analysis:

Monitor sales data, market trends, and forecast performance.
Core Duties:

Relationship Building:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners.

Quota Attainment:

Achieve sales quotas and profitability targets through indirect channels.

Program Development:

Design incentives, promotions, and training for partners.

Forecasting:

Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
Essential Skills:

Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and planning. Analytical skills for performance tracking. Ability to manage multiple accounts and details.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
