Role Overview
We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager / Channel Sales Executive to develop, manage, and grow our channel partner network. This role focuses on onboarding brokers, maintaining strong channel relationships, generating sales through partners, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities (Channel Sales)
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to drive consistent sales.
Generate sales leads through channel partners and ensure timely deal closures.
Conduct regular meetings, project briefings, and training sessions for channel partners.
Share inventory details, pricing, offers, and updates with partners.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and negotiations generated through channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel sales.
Track channel partner performance and provide continuous support.
Resolve channel partner queries related to pricing, documentation, and closures.
Maintain accurate channel sales data and reports in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams post-booking for smooth deal execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Channel Sales / Real Estate Broking / Developer Sales.
Strong network of channel partners and brokers in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai preferred.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Target-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Willingness to travel for channel meetings and site visits.
