Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Channel Sales) to lead and expand our channel partner network. The role involves building strong relationships with brokers, associates, and channel partners, driving consistent sales growth, and ensuring smooth partner management.

Key Responsibilities:



Build, manage, and strengthen the Channel Partner / Broker / Associate network. Plan and execute CP meets, training sessions, and incentive schemes to keep partners engaged and motivated. Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through brokers and associates. Track CP performance, ensure transparency in deals, and handle timely payouts/commissions. Maintain long-term, healthy broker relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Drive consistent achievement of sales targets allocated via the channel route. Accompany brokers during client visits and assist in site closures. Maintain updated databases and detailed CP performance reports for review. Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns and partner programs.

Team Structure (Reporting to this Role):



Channel Sales Executives / Sales Coordinators Daily CP interaction through calls and visits. Support brokers during site visits with clients. Maintain updated CP databases and performance tracking reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. 5-10 years of proven experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate. Strong network of brokers/associates in the market will be a plus. Excellent skills in relationship management, negotiation, and client handling. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive and mentor a team. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting. High level of motivation with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
