The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing broker/agent networks to drive property sales. The role focuses on onboarding channel partners, building strong relationships, and boosting sales through effective coordination and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/brokers for real estate projects.
Build strong relationships with brokers, CPs, and other real estate intermediaries.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and site visits with partners.
Share project details, pricing, offers, and marketing material with channel partners.
Drive sales targets through channel activation and follow-up.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and sales teams for lead support and closures.
Resolve partner queries related to pricing, inventory, commission, and payments.
Monitor CP performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure timely payout of broker commissions and maintain compliance.
Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and broker meets.
Required Skills
Strong network of real estate brokers/channel partners (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of real estate market, pricing, and project lifecycle.
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA Preferred.
Experience in channel sales within real estate (residential/commercial) is highly valuable.
