We are looking for an experienced and motivated Channel Sales Manager to manage and expand our real estate channel partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, and aggregators) to drive sales of residential/commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and agents
Drive sales through channel partners and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
Conduct regular training and engagement activities for channel partners
Onboard new brokers and partners to expand the reach of our projects
Organize and participate in property expos, broker meets, and site visits
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM team to ensure timely lead closure
Track performance of channel partners and manage incentive plans
Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market, pricing trends, and competitor projects
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record in channel sales, preferably in real estate or allied industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently for channel meetings and site visits
Preferred Skills:
Existing network of active real estate brokers
Understanding of RERA and other real estate regulations
Fluent in English
