About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and dynamic

Sales & OTA Executive

to join Opulence Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving bookings, managing OTA listings, and ensuring smooth coordination across all sales channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development



Generate direct bookings and leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and repeat guest engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with high closing efficiency. Support the team in meeting monthly revenue targets.

OTA (Online Travel Agency) Management



Manage and optimize listings on MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Vrbo, Expedia, etc. Ensure all property details, pricing, photos, descriptions, amenities, and policies are updated. Monitor reviews, respond professionally, and help improve scores. Track competitor pricing and trends to maximize visibility and sales.

Channel Manager Operations



Work on channel manager tools like

Staah, eZee, RateGain, or similar platforms

. Ensure correct rates, inventory, and availability across all platforms. Report and fix mapping issues, rate parity, or overbooking problems promptly.

Revenue Management Support



Assist in dynamic pricing decisions based on demand, season, events, and occupancy. Analyze OTA analytics and booking patterns to support revenue strategies.

Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with operations teams for check-ins, guest needs, and property readiness. Maintain daily reports: bookings, occupancy, revenue, inquiries, conversions, cancellations. Share insights on guest feedback, OTA trends, and improvement opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, OTA management, or channel management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of OTAs (MMT, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and channel managers. Comfortable with CRM, Excel/Sheets, and booking portals. Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving approach. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
