We are inviting applications for the position of Channel Sales Manager for our growing real estate organisation at NG Rathi Realty Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for work experience in REAL ESTATE CHANNEL SOURCING.
Key Responsibilities:
REAL ESTATE CHANNEL SOURCING
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
Evaluate partner performance and develop improvement plans.
Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet sales and growth objectives.
Monitor and analyse channel sales performance and trends.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop partner-focused campaigns and drive lead generation.
Provide project training, sales material, and technical support to partners.
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners.
Maintain accurate partner records, agreements, and pipeline data using CRM systems.
Provide timely reports and insights to senior management on channel activities and market feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience of more than 2 years as a Channel Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role in the real estate sector (Residential & Commercial Properties)
Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
