Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to expand sales through partners, identify new channel opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Partner Management:

Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a network of resellers, distributors, and agents.

Sales Enablement:

Provide partners with necessary training, marketing materials, and technical help to sell effectively.

Performance & Data:

Analyze sales data, manage deal processes, and create incentive programs to improve results.

Collaboration:

Work with internal teams (sales, marketing) and represent the company at industry events.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Several years in sales, business development, or channel management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field often preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Tools:

Familiarity with CRM software and sales platforms.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
