Channel Sales Manager : Mumbai !



The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing indirect sales channels for the company's IT hardware portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners to drive revenue and market expansion.

Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Development & Management



Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as distributors, VARs, SIs, and retailers. Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share goals. Conduct regular business reviews with partners, evaluating sales performance and planning growth initiatives.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through effective channel engagement. Drive sell-in and sell-through activities, ensuring proper inventory planning and demand generation. Collaborate with partners to design and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs.

Relationship Management



Build long-term trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders including owners, sales teams, and technical leads. Act as the primary point of contact for all channel-related queries.

Market & Competitive Intelligence



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop actionable insights. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and align with market needs.

Training & Enablement



Train partners on product features, pricing, positioning, and sales strategies. Conduct regular product demos, workshops, and partner enablement sessions.

Cross-Functional Coordination



Work closely with internal teams such as product, marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless partner support. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute channel marketing activities, events, and lead-generation programs.

RequirementsEducation & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 3-7 years of experience in channel sales within IT hardware (e.g., servers, storage, networking, PCs, peripherals, components).

Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of IT hardware ecosystem and channel dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners. Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable business plans.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
