? Strong understanding of channel partner management in real estate.

? Excellent track record of CP engagement and actively working in the Central & Western Suburbs

for residential and commercial projects.

? Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

? Market knowledge of the real estate industry, including trends and competitor insights.

? Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools.

? Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

? Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate channel partners

effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand the company's

network Pan Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

? Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and briefings to ensure channel partners are well-versed

Work with channel partners to identify potential clients and assist in closing sales through

collaboration and support.

? Act as a bridge between the company and channel partners to ensure effective communication

and alignment on goals.

? Support channel partners in lead generation activities, and monitor lead conversion rates to

ensure target achievement.

? Collaborate with the sales team to execute joint sales strategies and maximize conversion from

channel-led inquiries.

? Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to position the

company's projects effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
