Designation: Executive
Reporting to: Sr. Manager SalesMain Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Generation

  • Prepare a database of customers by mining data through various sources online and offline (trade fairs, networking events and marketing campaigns)
  • Cold call and reach out to prospects in the generated database through various channels to build a pipeline of leads
  • Qualify the leads by understanding specified and potential needs
  • Identify key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the Sales Process
  • Attend to customer enquiries
  • Visit customers as per aligned meetings
  • Understand the as-is and requirements of customers
  • Co-ordinate with pre-sales and technical team to develop appropriate presentations and quotations
  • Negotiate with customers by conveying xe2x80x98Why Us from both business and technical perspectives.
  • Ensure closures of contracts
  • Attend to all issues related to sales, marketing and deliveries Sales Operations
  • Prepare a visit plan
  • Update CRM
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Prepare visit reports
