Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar)
Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive indirect sales revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with VARs, MSPs, SIs, and Distributors
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through channel-led opportunities
Support partners with deal registration, pricing, and sales closure
Conduct partner enablement sessions, product training, and joint sales activities
Develop and manage channel sales pipeline and forecasting
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams for solution positioning
Track partner performance and provide regular sales and pipeline reports
