As we expand our network, we are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to drive growth through our Authorized Sales Partners (ASP).
Position Summary
The Channel Sales Manager will play a key role in managing and growing our network of Authorized Sales Partners (ASP). This multi-faceted role involves ensuring ASPs consistently achieve shipment volume and revenue targets, developing new ASPs, maintaining strong partner relationships, and effectively communicating new products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and experienced in channel sales management within logistics or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement:
Ensure all ASPs meet defined targets related to shipments, volume, and turnover.
Develop action plans to address underperforming partners and regions.
Channel Development:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new ASPs in line with company expansion plans.
Establish ASPs in underserved or high-potential markets.
Relationship Management:
Maintain regular contact with ASPs to build engagement and trust.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide strategic guidance.
Training & Communication:
Train ASPs on new products, services, pricing updates, and operational procedures.
Share marketing and promotional initiatives with channel partners.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track partner performance through dashboards and sales reports.
Provide weekly/monthly updates to management on channel metrics and achievements.
Market Intelligence:
Collect feedback from ASPs on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Use insights to improve partner support and product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in logistics, courier services, or FMCG.
Strong track record of managing channel partners and meeting sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis.
Ability to travel extensively as per business needs.
