Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through our channel partners. You will be accountable for developing and executing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with channel partners, and driving joint marketing programs to achieve business objectives.



Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver valueadded solutions Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel sales or related roles. Demonstrated success in developing and executing channel sales strategies. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and people-oriented skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies. Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics.
