Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager - Loans
to lead and drive sales performance across our assigned branches/markets. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving disbursal targets, ensuring compliance, and building strong customer and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursal targets.
Manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Develop and maintain strong channel partner (DSA/Connector) network.
Ensure quality sourcing of customers with proper documentation & compliance.
Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency levels.
Regularly track and report sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
4-8 years of experience in
Loan Sales/Banking/NBFC
with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of loan products (secured & unsecured).
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
