The Mission


Build, activate, and scale a high-performing broker ecosystem that drives inventory depth and repeat transactions across Gurgaon's premium residential market.

Key Responsibilities



Identify & onboard channel partners:

Source, vet, and sign up active brokers and boutique agencies aligned with Proppr's quality standards

Developer-grade relationship management:

Conduct product trainings, share collateral, and keep partners informed on price updates, payment plans, and inventory status

Joint business planning:

Set monthly targets with each partner, track pipeline health, and intervene to unblock deals

Site-visit orchestration:

Coordinate showings between brokers, clients, and our in-house sales team; ensure seamless experience on-ground

Market intelligence gathering:

Feed insights on rival launches, pricing shifts, and broker sentiment back to the leadership team

Performance reporting:

Maintain partner scorecards and present weekly dashboards on onboarding, activation, and revenue KPIs

Ideal Profile



3-6 yrs channel-sales or broker-management experience at a leading developer or large brokerage Existing network of active brokers in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR; strong market reputation Exceptional stakeholder-management and negotiation skills--comfortable in boardrooms and on construction sites alike Fluent English & Hindi; persuasive written communication Data-driven mindset--able to translate numbers into action plans Personal vehicle and willingness to be on the road 40 % of the time
