Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Channel Sales Manager for our commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves managing and expanding the channel partner network, driving sales of office, showroom, and retail spaces, and independently closing high-value commercial transactions. The candidate must be result-oriented and capable of handling the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Management
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, IPCs, and brokers
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and partner engagement activities
Train partners on project USPs, pricing, offers, and positioning
Drive lead generation and conversions through channel network
Sales & Client Closing
Drive sales of commercial properties (office, showroom, retail)
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations
Close high-value transactions independently
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation & closure
Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
Share market feedback, competitor insights, and pricing trends with management
Skills & Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
Strong channel partner / broker network
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of handling high-value deals independently.
