Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Partner Success Manager, you will develop and nurture channel partnerships, ensure channel partner satisfaction, and drive mutual growth. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships, collaborate on joint business initiatives, and enable channel partners to maximize their potential to acquire customers and generate revenue. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of partnership dynamics, and a proven track record of achieving partner success. This role demands out-of-the-box thinking continuous learning and reskilling. Duties & Accountability: Develop and implement channel partner engagement strategies to drive mutual success and growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact. Collaborate with channel partners to identify business opportunities and develop joint go-to-market strategies. Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition-oriented initiatives for mid-market Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement. Provide training, resources, and support to enable partners to promote and sell our products/services effectively. Track and analyze channel partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Act as an advocate for channel partners within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and prioritized. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute channel partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. Proactively address channel partner escalations and resolve conflicts to maintain strong partner relationships. Qualification & Experience: 10+ years relevant experience. MBA, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in partner management, business development, or account management. Strong understanding of partnership dynamics, sales processes, and channel strategies. Specialized or have strong experience in the mid-market segment. Preferable experience working in the telecom/networking/cloud industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable insights. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving partner success and exceeding targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and drive alignment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite. Experience in the Technology/Telecom/IT is preferred.
