Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow channel partners across the assigned area
Drive overall sales performance and revenue growth
Develop regional sales strategies in line with business objectives
Lead, guide, and review channel partner performance
Strengthen market presence through partner engagement
Track market trends, competition, and opportunities
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
Candidate Profile:
2-5 years of experience in Field Sales & Marketing Manager
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to manage large territories
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Graduation mandatory; MBA preferred
