About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with channel partners (CPs) (real estate brokers) for meetings, attending key CPs of sourcing managers at their office as per the targets defined
2. Giving CPs calling support if required for dedicated hours.
3. Driving walk-ins via CPs
4. Driving property listings on various portals via CPs
5. Following up with the channel partners for building and retaining relationships
6. Talking to the leads generated by CPs & explain the project details to generate walk-ins
7. Helping CPs to drive activities for Raveshia Realty

Desired candidate profile:

1. Minimum qualification - pursuing MBA (preferably marketing)
2. Should be able to work in the real estate industry
3. Should be able to do sourcing in the MMR region
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Organizational and time-management skills
6. Decision-making skills
7. Should be available to join as soon as possible
