Core responsibilities
Partner relationship management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing channel partners and distributors.
Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that leverage the channel to achieve revenue targets.
Partner recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new potential channel partners to expand market reach.
Sales enablement: Train and support partners to enhance their sales capabilities and ensure they have the knowledge and resources to sell effectively.
Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, analyzing data and providing regular reports and forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop and execute promotional activities and with other internal teams to align channel initiatives with business goals.
Issue resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with channel partners.
Key skills and qualifications
