Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audio Visual Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for AV technology and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV industry through networking, prospecting, and market research.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

Solution Presentation:

Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations of our AV solutions, effectively communicating their technical capabilities and business value.

Proposal Generation:

Prepare detailed and accurate sales proposals, quotes (BOQ), and contracts.

Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our technical and post-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

Market Insight:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging AV technologies, and competitor offerings.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM software.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Audio Visual or a related technology industry.

Product Knowledge:

Extensive knowledge of AV systems, including display technologies (Samsung, Delta, Activ LED), audio systems (JBL, Harman), and control systems (AMX).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Problem-Solving:

Strong ability to assess client needs and offer tailored AV solutions.

Independent Work:

Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and drive results.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Certification:

Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.
