Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard & manage new channel partners and resellers
Achieve sales targets through partner networks and B2B accounts
Ensure regular product training and scheme communication
Monitor stock levels, order flow, and retail visibility
Resolve partner issues promptly and professionally
Track market trends, competition, and channel feedback
Requirements:
Proven experience in channel/distribution sales (FMCG/Electronics preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with result-driven approach
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting tools
