Job Description

Develop and manage channel partners such as

DSAs, brokers, connectors, builders, and referral agents

Generate loan business for

PL / BL / HL / LAP

through channel networks Achieve monthly

login and disbursement targets

via partners Onboard, train, and activate new channel partners Support partners with product knowledge, eligibility norms, and documentation Coordinate with processing and credit teams for smooth case movement Monitor partner performance and improve conversion ratios Ensure compliance with company and lender policies Maintain partner MIS, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting

Active channel partners, files sourced, disbursement value, partner productivity, conversion ratio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
