Requirements:

Proven track record of success in channel sales or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with CRM software preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop channel-specific marketing materials and promotions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on channel sales performance.
