About the Role:

We are seeking

experienced and driven Sales Officers

to join our growing team in

Malda and Raigunj

. This role is strictly for professionals with a

minimum of 2 years' proven experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automobile sector

, specializing in

B2B sales and channel partner development

.

If you're passionate about the automotive future, understand the dynamics of B2B relationships, and can independently build and manage sales channels -- we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new

channel partners

, dealers, and B2B clients within the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing

business partners and institutional clients

. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments. Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment, after-sales support, and partner training. Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Required Qualifications:

? Minimum

2 years of full-time sales experience

in the

EV or Automobile

industry (mandatory)
? Proven track record in

B2B sales

and

channel partner acquisition

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Sound knowledge of the local market (Kolkata/Howrah region)
? Must be comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned territory
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

Freshers will NOT be considered

Candidates without EV or Automobile sector experience will NOT be shortlisted
This role is not suitable for retail sales professionals or non-B2B profiles
