Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Channel Sales Executive
to promote and sell BoninWood's premium food range through distributors, retailers, and other channel partners. This role is entirely
commission-based
, offering high earning potential to individuals passionate about sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in assigned areas.
Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through channel expansion.
Promote BoninWood's food products across local and regional markets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners.
Coordinate with the internal team for product supply, marketing materials, and promotions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
Report daily/weekly sales activities and customer feedback.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in
FMCG or food product sales
(preferred).
Strong local market knowledge and existing network in retail / distribution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
No fixed salary --
